I have a form with a command button that appends a blank record
and calls another form for input.

When I add a record, save and exit it's fine.

But when I go in to add another record the previous record is displaying and I want the fields to be blank.

I have thisform.refresh in activate on form but not refreshing properly.

Should I have the refresh in the individual controls on the form?
