Symantic (sp?) used to put out a user-oriented tool of this sort 4-5 years ago, I forget the name, but it wasn't VFP oriented. Maybe it was called "InfoModeller"? Anyway, have you looked at Visual Modeller, specifically the Data Services tier model?
