Have you considered a thirdparty activeX toolbar for this look? Also, ckeck out the UT files here: file#685 and file#9514

And if you have patience, VFP7 is supposed to use the Coolbar Nativly (or so I think I've heard) so you could do the toolbar normal, then upgrade in 4-5 months (or so I think I've heard) to get your look.
