It's possible, but not in one step (i.e. unless there's a way of adding a PROMPT to the print button atop the preview).
However ...
You CAN show the preview, then drop to a dialog box asking the user if he/she wants to print the report. You can then REPORT FORM formname PRINT PROMPT, which will give the page range ability.
