IMHO the user should be able to select a range of "data" to print instead of a range of page numbers. If they want to print accounts Johnson through Newman why shouldn't they select the subset using names rather than forcing them to preview a report and see that the data they want starts in the middle of page 37 and ends at the start of page 53?
