Mike,
this is a very common problem with the AOL browser and it always bites you when you least expect it. I've even seen it with simple client side JAVAScript that is set up to display a default message for features not supported in a specific browser. Plus, when I've encountered this message, I always get hassles that tend to point to the conclusion that the hosting server must be a UNIX box but I've never been able to get AOL support to confirm that. I dont know for sure, but I just betcha FOXISAPI doesn't work on a UNIX box either.
