I tried your generic MAPI functions and they work okay. However, when I use the signon method it dials my internet provider. Is there anyway to have it launch Outlook Express without dialing my Internet Provider.

If I launch Outlook Express from my desktop it launches and take me to my inbox without dialing. It only dials when I send and receive. This is the behavior I would like when I use OLE automation.
