Make a copy of distribution tree on your local disk as you want to see after installation. Place your files into appropriate dirs. ie:

..\APPDIR\myexe.exe
..\APPDIR\config.fpw
..\APPDIR\DATA\mydata.dbf
..\APPDIR\REPORTS\myreport.frx

During setup point APPDIR as your distribution tree.
