When you run the Setup Wizard you can assign the files to the Window or Windows System directory. When the page listing all the files in the setup comes up, the conmboboxes in the Target Dir column may be used to select if the file is to be installed in the AppDir, WinDir, or WinSysDir. Just go down the list and for any files you want in the Windows System directory select the WinSysDir option.
