I know there has been discussion about these products here before, but I have a couple of specific comparison questions:

1. Is either stronger in the administrative aspect, in particular with the ability to set limits on developers as to what they can do, as in check in/out only, check in/out AND promote a project to testing/production. Or is this more of an organizational issue and not in the source control?

2. Is either more flexible for controlling multiple versions of VFP at the same time, that is ability to control VFP5 projects AND VFP6 projects while keeping them separate?

I am also interested in any general comments about either/both for your experiences.
