i have a bunch of reports that were created in report writer 6.5 (windows, .rp5). i can run these reports now as long as the runtime executable and its various components are on the machine that is running the vfp6 program. is their a way to add these reports and the runtime to a vfp6 project so that the program can be standalone. i do have the latest version of report writer, 8.0. it may be that i need to convert the .rp5 reports to the report writer 8.0 first then add to the project. does anyone have familiarity with this?

i gues the question in generel is can you add 3rd party software to any vfp6 project and compile the project as a standalone with the 3rd party software? how would you go about doing this?
