PMFJI, and you've probably checked this, but I once got a similar error (I can't remember exactly what the error number etc came up as) when I had two controls (they were drop-down comboboxes in my case) on different pages with SQL Selects producing cursors of the same name. It happened because the object on the second page was formed by copying and pasting from the first page, and I forgot to change the name of the cursor in the Select statement.
