I have developed an application in VFP 6 that automatically sends e-mail to specific recipients using MSMAPI. This has been working fine on my computer where I have been writing the application. Yet, when I taking the executable to another machine, I'm getting some type of OLE error and the mail is bombing out.

Here are some of the differences I see between the two machines...

My Computer has Win98 and of course I also have VFP6 installed on this machine. The user's computer is running Win95, and has the VFP6 runtime libraries loaded (not the full VFP6 package). I noticed that my Win98 computer has MSMAPI32.OCX and two other files that start with MSMAPI as their filename in \Windows\System; whereas, the Win95 machine had no MSMAPI*.* files. So, I copied the MSMAPI files from my Win98 computer to the user's Win95 machine. Still no success.

Would appreciate any help on this. Will I have to upgrade all the 95 boxes to 98 or what? TIA, Chuck Henry
