>Elyse, it does not matter if they are included or excluded. Many printer drivers are compatible, so that's why there are no complaints. It is not the right idea to always clear the EXPR field, because it contains the info about the paper size, page orientation, etc. If you print the reports to file, fields TAG and TAG2 should not be cleared.

In the past, I've cleared the TAG fields and selectively removed lines from the EXPR field. Is this the way to go? What is the best approach?
