Generally I clear them out all the time. I say generally because there can be cases when you want printer specific info in the EXPR field. You're co-worker hasn't received any complaints because the driver of the printer on their development machine is the same as or similar enough to the clients.

FYI: In a related note, there is a very interesting article in the October 1999 FoxPro Advisor about using a Project Hook to automatically clear these fields from your reports when you buil your app. Thus, eliminating the manual process and eliminating the doubt of whether you remembered to do it or not.

>One of my co-workers has been designing and distributing reports in VFP6 without clearing the TAG,TAG2,EXPR fields in the FRX. Strangely, the couple of clients who are using the reports have not complained. When is it necessary to clear these fields? Does it matter whether the reports are included/excluded in the EXE? (These are excluded.)
