From what you told me the best of both world would be Crystal Reports (instead of Stonefield report).

With Crystal reports I would be able to make reports and end-users would be able to view them. If users wanted to make reports they would have to buy Crystal Reports.

Do I have to make my own front-end for Crystal Reports and from that front-end launch the required report ?
