We have SQL Server 4.21 on CD (Original). During the running of setup receive a prompt to insert Diskette #1 into a drive.

Problem 1. We cannot find our Diskette # 1
Problem 2. The drive it ask to insert into is the same drive letter as the CD Drive and we do not get a prompt to chnage drives.

Another angle on the problem is this. We are running Intervoice. A commercial app. We need to migrate the Intervoice SQL Server 4.21 install to another server and then upgrade that install to 6.5 -> 7.0. That is why we need an old Diskette # 1.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
