Hi,

Seem we are in the topic of clearing the TAG,TAG2 & EXPR Fields of the FRX files.
I also had similar problem with my application. It work fine at my PC, however
my client had print preview problem with my application, not with the printout.
The lower part of the print preview had some part clip off, I had done my part
on clearing the TAG,TAG2 & EXPR but still in vain.
Anyone of you facing the same problme as me. We are all using HP printer but
only different model.
I can't get any other printer setting done at the system side.
Any help or advise on this problem is very much appreciated.

>>>>One of my co-workers has been designing and distributing reports in VFP6 without clearing the TAG,TAG2,EXPR fields in the FRX. Strangely, the couple of clients who are using the reports have not complained. When is it necessary to clear these fields? Does it matter whether the reports are included/excluded in the EXE? (These are excluded.)

>>>Elyse, it does not matter if they are included or excluded. Many printer drivers are compatible, so that's why there are no complaints. It is not the right idea to always clear the EXPR field, because it contains the info about the paper size, page orientation, etc. If you print the reports to file, fields TAG and TAG2 should not be cleared.
