PMFJI, but I have used the one by Strategic Edge. The last time I saw it, it was mostly converted 2.x code, but it comes complete with full source code and is royalty free with your runtime. ALso, David Lewis is very quick on the response time if you have a problem and send him an e-mail.

I think his product comes with a French dictionary. I was under the impression that Escribe was strictly a 2.x product. Of course, I could be wrong.
