>Found the Problem...Apparently, SQL truncates filednames down to a length of 10 characters...I had fields which had more than that so obiously field names will not match.

SQL wouldn't truncate if you weren't selecting into a free table :) You could slightly modify your SQL and make it a view. Then selectively accept or discard.
