I have a form with a text box bound to a date type field. When the textbox receives focus on a new entry. I am presented with a mask like " / / : : M". This mask is forcing me to input the seconds. I tried changing the input mask property with the format property set to 'R' but it doesn't change anything.

What is the proper way to change this?
