Create a file called AUTORUN.INF. Place this file in the root of the CD-Rom.
The below text is all that is needed.

The following will automatically run setup.exe when the CD is inserted. The OPEN line is the file to run and the ICON line allows for an icon.


***This is all that is needed in the AUTORUN.INF
[autorun]
open = setup.exe
icon = myicon.ico
