Well, you can automate Word to spell check (and check grammar) in passive mode, then if anything is incorrect, make Word visible. You can also specify which dictionary to use, so I'm assuming that you could switch between English and French, as well as customize. Also, this text is being sent to customers, so Word may also be a good option for making it look professional.
