I tried to do that, however the DDEINITIATE command will not communicate with the other application.

If I call the dll in the command window in vfp all works fine. In VB or with the sp_OACreate in SQL it doesn't work. I can set the properties of the class, look at values, but the most import thing, the DDE communication seems to only work in vfp.
