Then allow me to clarify. The Find dialog behaves unpredictably under a READ EVENTS. It should not be trusted to move a record pointer in a BROWSE, and cannot be activated when a normal VFP form is active. Similar to the Macro recorder, which could be used in previous versions, it can't now. If someone has found a way to use either of these sytem tools, I would be interested to hear it.
