Anyone have any ideas of what I can do to remedy this situation?

I am inserting records from Visual FoxPro through a remote view into a SQL table that has an insert trigger on it. It seems as if when I have the trigger on the table that it can't keep up with the inserts being sent to it, and I end up having 1000 records in my remote view in VFP, but some records missing (about a dozen or so) in the actual SQL table. The number of missing records is different every time I run it. With the trigger taken off, all 1000 records make it in every time. I am checking for errors/unsecessful table updates back in Visual Fox, but haven't been getting any.

Anyone ever ran into something like this before?
