The reason it is only returning 1/4 of your records is probably because of the setting in the Advanced Options dialouge in the Query menu (available while modifying a view). You can specify how many records for VFP to fetch at a time. If you issue a GO BOTTOM command it should go and fetch the rest of the records. (Or you can just go in and change the settings)
