I'm getting the following error from my out of process foxisapi app when running without a user logged in at the server:

CoCreateInstance failed with err code 80080005: Server execution failed

I've set up DCOMCNFG as indicated in the KB articles and Rick's book. I've even tried setting the impersonation level to use the Admin account.
