Have you tried the PPTP way of accessing fox tables william?
I am in the middle of doing something very similar and I would
like to hear your opinion about the PPTP experiences..

Inherent problems here are security. Another method, albeit one I've never tried but sounds reasonable enough, it via a Fat Client. Rick Strahl, www.west-wind.com, has a good article on his site about this. Check out "Internet enabling Visual FoxPro applications". This is probably the best approach for what you want to do from your end for maintenance.
