Hi

I designed my reports and tested them on my epson printer. Now the client is running the program on his computer and when he tries to print the report, he gets "Header band to big" error. He is using some other printer (but both mine and his are dot matrix printers). Why would he get this error? and how can I rectify it. Obviously, I cannot foresee what printers my clients are gonna be using so how can I be sure my reports print on any generic dot matrix printer.
