WIn95/98 can be a DCOM server :

First you register the DCOM on the WIN95/98 which will be the server.

Second, the DCOM must run before clients connect to it. The simplest way is you create a program to run the DCOM on the DCOM the WIN95/98 DCOM server.

After that all clients can connect to the DCOM server.

Use cliret32.exe to register the DCOM in you clients machine.
