Yes, that's correct I posted it a week ago and still havin
g problems.....tried copying data to array and using this
as control source but same result.... picking up last record enter
just for thse fields in grid.

On Form B - I have one text box that users enter a SIN number,
this goes into a client dbf and searches for the client, if there
it enables the other text boxes and fills with this client info,
surname, firstname, phone else if not there they add this
information and replaces in the client.dbf - there are scenarios
also where I don't want them to add to the client table - using variables
in working on my form, it's just in the display of the grid.

Any suggestions?
