Lazy :-) Personally, this would work, but it seems to be more and more popular to save your data unformatted anyways and this wouldn't get the use it deserves.

I guess the bottom line goes on your side: if a Time formatt is there, and you think you need it use, if you think its a bad idea, don't use it. Hmmm, sounds like an Access/Assign argument (among other things)!
