No. You need something like "instant messaging" for that. For that to be really successful, you can't rely on a local machine, but need something more like a pager. Otherwise, we have no software besides email capable of running an exe remotely, except on bootup. If you can do it that, there are several ways to do it, including a startup vfp app, or an SMS delivery. We don't use Winpopup anymore here, but you could look at that too...

If the vfp app on every machine is always open, you can certainly do something like use a timer to check for updates one way or another. Maybe create a "silent" vfp app to run at startup to do this...
