Byron isn't quite correct: you do not have to answer yes when you are asked to change the path when you open the copied project. Do copy the project as Byron suggests, but when asked to update the path, say "no." Then set the path yourself in the project information tab of the project menu (you'll be asked again to change the path. Say "no.").

If you let VFP change the path for you, all relative paths for shared elements will also be changed and you will probably have a nightmare getting their paths updated.
