Create a primary key index with a filter on NOT DELETED(). However, Rushmore won't use this index because it is filtered. To get Rushmore to work, create a second regular index on the field.

>I have a problem when I need to create a new record with a primary key equal to the pk of a record deleted (marked for deleted - not packed the table). Of course I need that field with the attribute unique due to the relational model. How can I create a new record without packing the table or renaming the pk?
