>I have a problem when I need to create a new record with a primary key equal to the pk of a record deleted (marked for deleted - not packed the table). Of course I need that field with the attribute unique due to the relational model. How can I create a new record without packing the table or renaming the pk?

If you are reusing PKs, you technically don't have them. The PK should be system generated. The user never needs to see it. If you need more information, see the KB article on my web site.
