Just wanted to clarify.

Time to start with physical labour now:
- change NICs with a working machine
test
- if still broken, change hub ports with a working machine
test
- if still broken, change network drops with a working machine
test
- if still broken, look at network setup on the NT4 machines and Win95 and try to find a difference (okay maybe this should be the first step)
test
- if still broken, install NT4 on this guys machine
test

Let me know what happens if you get this far.
