Since Treeview is the topic, I hope you don't mind helping me with the following
question:
I have developed a form with the treeview control and everything is working fine
in the development machine. But when I created a setup and tried to distribute to the end-user production machine. It is not working and giving me an error saying that the control is not registered. I think I am missing some dependencies files. Could you tell me what files are required to make the comctl32.ocx work in a NT4.0 sp3 machine. The development machine is running vfp5.0a.
I just configured a new nt4.0 workstation with sp3 installed. Then I tried to install my application and the setup was said to be successful. But when I tried to load the form with the treeview activex control, it gave me the same error: OLE error code 0x80040154 : Class not registered."
I have been bothered by this problem for a few weeks. And I will appreciate if you or somebody can give me some idea.
