hmmm... you're right. VFP5 will prob have a lot of developer tools in it that would make most(??) of the framework stuff either obsolete or redundant - of course, that's just a guess...

as for Visual Extend, it's on compuserve under the class library as a demo/shareware with 30 day eval. From Devigus Engineering in Germany, distributed in NAmer. by STonefield. They have a unique way of displaying the interface... MS Office Compatible where you open the forms by using the File/Open command instead of menu items. Last 4 forms opened (like in Excel) are on the file menu... toolbars co-ordinated with forms and resizing of any form plus user defined parameters are almost all automatic. Not a bad product - lots of thought put into it...
