Try stripping the code down to simple tasks like echoing "Hello World" or something equally simple. Then start adding lines back in. Debugging this kind of stuff is very difficult unfortunately. I've got it up and running! Yay! The problem was that I was assuming the admin account had access by default. I'd neglected to add the admin's account to the 'allow launch' list in DCOMCNFG.
