I would GREATLY appreciate any knowledge on where to find information and examples for accessing VFP databases/tables from ASP using ADO with the VFP ODBC driver. I have the latest MDAC modules installed, including version 6.00.8428.00 of the VFP ODBC driver.

I have been successful at doing SQL select statements by using and modifying the one meager sample in MSFT's knowledge base. But there is much more I need to know. For example: How are collisions handled when the ODBC driver is doing an INSERT or UPDATE on the VFP table? Are there any examples of stored procedures/triggers that actually WORK when the ODBC driver is what triggers them? (all I get are ODBC error messages). How do you execute non-data statements from ASP like "SET" commands? Is there or is there not connection pooling support by ADO for the VFP ODBC driver? If so, how do I configure it? I have searched the MSFT knowledge base several times and it seems to provide only the most meager, superficial information.

If somebody who has been down this road is willing to talk with me in real time (on my dime, of course), so much the better.

Thanks very much!
