It might just be the printer driver. Go to the Panasonic web site and see if they have updated drivers for download. You can also always try the generic print driver and see how that works.

>I have made a app for a client and most of his printing is done on a hp desk jet the client print checks on a panasonic 1624 and I tested the routine on panasonic 2023 my fonts are at draft 10cpi and it does well here at his office not so well it print like it the wrong driver give me some ideals to look for please.
