I know a little French, might have been able to understand it :) Here are some ideas, at least:

Anyway, are you sure the letter "cases" are correct? A slight difference can cause trouble...also, do you have a win32api Help you can check the function in? Is there a separate French version of win32api?

Try just testing it the Command window, starting with the declaration, if you aren't already...and lastly, anyone else out there using the French version of software that can test it also?
