Good luck. How should it work? Should the typed letters be for a new value to be added to the list or should it be searching the list for an existing value? If you tyep an exact match for an exisitng value the incremental searh will work fine with a drop down combo.

However, if there is an item in the list named Large Widget, and you type La should the list hit the Large Widget or assume you are entering a new item? What if you wanted to add an item named La? I hope you can see why the incremental search works differently for the drop down combo than for the drop down list.
