Yeah, the French people I know come from places like Gravelburg. You're right about all the expatriates. Every project I've worked on has had at least one person from Saskatchewan on it (mostly women too!) The lady I work with on my current assignment is from Saskatchewan. A big Roughriders fan so she isn't too happy these days.
Of course, you know why the population of Saskatchewan doesn't change, eh?
