You can access the MSDN documentation from msdn.microsoft.com/developer; I don't have exact references for the ~50 API calls related to the spooler. I do have the MSDN docs, and if you're going to do much with the API, I'd strongly recommend getting a subscription; for subscription details, try msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions
