Interesting. Very 1984 / Brave New World kind of ideas. Well, unless we end up with a dictatorial type government that abolishes all the privacy laws I don't think it will ever get to this level. That said, hey, anythings possible.

As for the goverment, and businesses for that matter, watching how we act as consumers, they do it now. All those credit card and debit card transactions that contain who you are, what you bought and where you bought it aren't sitting in limbo. They're compiled, analyzed and sold all the time.
