I have also been looking for that, both at home (where I have all of Visual Studio 6) and at work (where I have just vfp6). The vfp help menu lied to us when it said that there was a whole help project there.
When I asked about this recently, someone (Evan, I believe) suggested that I download Rick's West Wind HTML Help builder from the
www.west-wind.com. After playing with that, I ended up with a nice set of sample HTML help files that included the include file (.h) for context-sensitive help, in the format that vfp likes. WWHHB maintains the context-sensitive stuff automatically. This and other features of the product are vfp-specific. However, I need something I can also use for Access, which I think will need a slightly different format in the include file. Rick's tool is cheaper, but not as full-service as some other tools like ForeHelp.
I am still trying to figure out the GENERAL rules for context-sensitive HTML help. The vfp and Access help menus both refer you to the Windows HTML Help Workshop help menu. That help menu, in turn, describes a really bogus system for pop-up help, where the pop-up text is included in the include file and is just text, not HTML. The existing HTML files for the rest of your help menu aren't even used. I gather that many of the rules aren't general at all, but are specific to the programming environment.
