You can use the InitDir property to set the appropriate directory that you want the dialog to display.

Multiple selection can only occur in one directory. The selected files are in a delimited list, the first entry contains the fully qualified file name. This is followed by a CHR(0), then the next file name without the path. Just parse the string returned by the FileName property to retrieve the selections.
